Anybody hear of an EVP-type device called Frank's Box? Any opinions on it?

Yes. I'm not an expert on it, but it apparently works by scanning radio frequencies non stop. The voices are formed using random words from radio broadcasts. There is also something similar called "Joe's Box" (the "new improved" version? Or not...) You can also make one with a certain type of Radio Shack radio.

Do they work? It's a fairly hot debate. Not having tried it, I don't know but to me, picking up random words from broadcasts just would not be proof enough unless they started quoting shakespeare or something similarly recognizable. Otherwise to me they are just voices on a radio.
